Don’t panic! We will not be able to process your payment if your payment method has expired or if you did not have sufficient funds on your payment method at the time your monthly payment was due. If we are unable to successfully make your monthly payment, we will send you an email with a link to update your payment details - please do this as soon as you can. We understand these things happen, so we give you a grace period of 15 business days to continue using ikigai and update your payment method while we retry your payment, after which you may lose access to your ikigai account.
